Gentrol IGR Concentrate is an insect growth regulator. Gentrol IGR prevents developing roaches from reaching sexual maturity by inhibiting their growth and breaking the cycle.

Featuring a translocating active ingredient to reach hard-to-treat areas, Gentrol® IGR Concentrate is an ideal fruit and drain fly, cockroach control and as a bed bug treatment solution. The Gentrol® insect growth regulator, (S)-hydroprene, effectively breaks the insect life cycle and offers 120 days of control. Zoëcon’s Gentrol® IGR Concentrate provides professionals the flexibility required for uniform applications across multiple sites.

The effects that Gentrol IGR has on the targeted insects create a window of opportunity to completely eradicate them before they can reproduce a new generation. Gentrol IGR alone can be used to address an insect infestation, but it can also be mixed with an insecticide to simultaneously target adult pests.  This product is ideal for use in places where insects are hard to kill, such as apartments, hotels, nursing homes, and more.

Gentrol is a revolutionary insect growth regulator. It uses hydropropene, a synthetic juvenile hormone “look-alike”, to disrupt pests’ normal growth pattern. Juveniles exposed to Gentrol will be sterile as adults, thus stopping the constant cycle of reproduction in an infestation.
